After placing an order online, the customer should receive an order confirmation e-mail and a further e-mail with the tracking number once the order has been shipped.
According to our policy here at Anadisk.com, if you are looking to purchase a mobile phone through our company, both the shipping and billing address need to be on file with the credit card being used. If it is not, a sales associate from our company will contact you explaining the situation.

Returns:
All cell phone accessories such as memory cards and pouches are final sale.
All returns and exchanges on cell phones must be received within 7 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise.
If you choose to return a phone for a refund, we will offer refund for the price of the product - 20% restocking fee, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable. If you wish to exchange your phone to a different model, there is still a restocking fee applied.
Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery. Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first seven days of receipt.
Original shipping charges are NOT refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Anadisk.com on returned items, and Anadisk.com will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
